I have seem many of these so called “mapping companies” providing aerial orthos with the property lines super imposed over them. A disclosure that your not a surveyor doesn’t relieve you of posing as a land professional. If that isn’t representing a BOUNDARY LINE then what is? Save yourself a bunch of money and grief and just hire an RPLS to cover your ass.
