For drone delivery at scale we need more than just FAA rules. We need reliable, dependable and resilient infrastructure to support low altitude airspace deconfliction.

Drone delivery and DFR follow the same trajectory with the Infrastructure Inspections carrying much less risk based on the areas of demand.

Delaying in the NPRM harms innovation and essential services that impact medical delivery, emergency services, infrastructure inspections and more, The first BVLOS in 2015 was intended as a pathway for wider BVLOS operations. FAA can do better.
